Pressure Tester

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Pressure Tester / Auxiliary Fabrication Operative to join a busy fabrication workshop within a well-established engineering and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Carrying out hydrostatic pressure testing on steel tubes to ensure they meet safety and quality standards

-Testing components to withstand high-pressure water conditions in line with engineering specifications

-Supporting the inspection team, including assisting with DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection) testing when required

-Working safely and accurately within a fabrication shop environment

-Operating overhead cranes to move materials and components around the workshop

-Assisting welders by preparing materials and setting up for upcoming jobs
