**Job Title:** Press Operator
**Location:** Chandler, AZ 85226
**Pay:** $18-$23.00/hour DOE
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6am-2:30pm
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our production team in Chandler. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership by example, attention to detail, and an ability to follow instructions. The Press Operator will assist the Manufacturing Manager with all production tasks and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor.
**Key Experience Sought:**

+ Metal stamping
+ Die-cutting
+ Converting
+ Hydraulic Punch Press operation (Not CNC)

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Correct and safe use of production equipment
+ Accurately read and follow work order instructions
+ Record part counts, lot/batch/cure numbers, and scrap amounts
