**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined Press Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating the Brake Press machine to bend, form, and shape materials according to customer specifications. The position requires working M-TH from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Fridays from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with current shifts extending to 11 hours daily in the Brake area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate the Brake Press machine to bend, form, and shape metal according to blueprints and customer specifications.
+ Produce quality parts within customer specifications.
+ Perform quality checks using precise measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
+ Troubleshoot equipment and programming to identify and correct root causes of non-conforming parts.
