Press Operator - $1000 Hiring Bonus

As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality components for leading OEM manufacturers. In this position, you'll operate hydraulic punch presses, load materials and parts, monitor production runs, and perform quality inspections to ensure every part meets specifications.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential. You'll inspect parts throughout the production process, identify potential issues, and help ensure only quality products move to the next stage of manufacturing.

No prior press experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training on our equipment, processes, and production standards.
