Job Title: Press Operator

Pay: $20/hr – Weekly Pay (W2) + Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits

Contract: 3 Months

Shift: Third Shift (Sun–Thu, 11 PM – 7 AM) — Training may occur on First Shift

Job Summary:

Operate and perform manual setup/changeovers on multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed web presses. Responsibilities include press setup, plate mounting, ink mixing (PMS), registration, ink/water balance adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete press setup (stock loading, plates, ink, registration, attributes)


• Maintain color accuracy, ink density, and print quality
