**Press Brake Operator**

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate punch press brakes, shears, strippit machines, and other fabrication equipment to produce sheet metal products for production.
+ Use hand tools such as drills, taps, and deburring tools to complete and finish sheet metal parts.
+ Inspect materials and finished parts and promptly report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
+ Monitor and maintain adequate levels of parts and supplies stored on the shop floor to support continuous production.
+ Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while following all prescribed safety regulations.
+ Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision, meeting production and quality targets.
+ Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements while building units to the highest standard of quality.
+ Package and prepare finished sheet metal parts for shipment or further processing as needed.
