**Location:** North Syracuse, NY
**Shift/Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
**Pay Range:** $17.50 – $18.00 per hour

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Press Apprentice to join the 2nd shift production team. This role supports press operators in daily operations, including setup, cleanup, and job changes, while gaining hands-on experience in the printing process. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement into a Press Operator role.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist press operators with setup, cleanup, and job changes
+ Maintain clean and organized pressrooms with all required materials
+ Support paper staging and pre-stage operations as needed
+ Follow instructions from supervisors and press operators, applying training and feedback
+ Help ensure safe and efficient production processes
