ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, supervise and deliver the programme in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of MindChampsPrepare and implement programmes and age-appropriate teaching aidsKeep accurate records of the children’s progress and address the children’s educational and developmental needs individuallyComplete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare developmental portfolio for every childCommunicate with parents via the Connection Book at least once a week, weekly team newsletters and conferencesMeet the parents to address any concernsUse positive discipline techniques at all timesGuide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroomRender basic first aid as and when necessaryResponsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations and learning environme...
