1. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Diploma in Education with relevant experience may be considered). 2. At least 2 years’ teaching experience in a preschool or early years setting. 3. Sound knowledge of Montessori practices and Early Years Curriculum delivery. 4. Strong command of English and excellent communication skills. 5. Passion for early years education, with patience, creativity, and empathy. 6. Commitment to continuous professional growth.
