Job Description

• Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment that supports the development of each child.
• Curriculum Planning & Implementation: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in key areas such as language development, motor skills, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
• Individualized Attention: Work closely with each child to ensure their individual learning and emotional needs are met.
• Assessment & Reporting: Regularly assess children’s progress, document achievements, and communicate with parents or guardians about their child's development.
• Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children during classroom activities, field trips, and playtime.
