- Float between preschool classrooms to provide support to lead teachers and assistants as needed
- Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions
- Assist in implementing Montessori-based curriculum and age-appropriate learning activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
