The Preschool Centre Leader provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the centre delivers high-quality early childhood education in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Centre Management
   Oversee daily centre operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high standards in health and safety, and cultivate a positive organisational culture
   
2. Strategic Growth and Enrolment
   Drive enrolment growth through strategic planning, brand positioning, parent engagement, and community partnerships
   
3. Curriculum and Programme Development
   Support and show interest in curriculum development and implementation to promote thematic-based, Mandarin immersion learning
