This role involves ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early learning environment while managing academic delivery, staff coordination, parent engagement, and daily centre operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in shaping the learning experience of young children, ensuring smooth functioning of the centre, and maintaining high standards of teaching, care, and administration. This position requires a balance of leadership ability, early childhood education understanding, and strong communication skills.
