ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing the programme for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of MindChamps PreSchoolAssist in preparing and implementing the programmes for childrenAssist with planning, sharing ideas and exchanging feedback, and assist with the entire team once a month or at the beginning of a Unit of InquiryPrepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aidsEvaluate and maintain records of children’s developmentTo render basic first aid as and when necessaryResponsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroomUse positive discipline techniques at all timesMaintain and build relationships with children and parents JOB REQUIREMENTS:
