Responsibilities
- Pre-sales – assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
- Sales calls – serve as the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/educate customers on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
- Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
