Presales Manager (Xico)

We are seeking a Presales Manager with a robust background in telecom engineering, fluent in both English and Spanish.Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand opportunities with existing clients.
- Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge.
- Identify trends in customer needs, market demands, and feature requests.
- Determine best‐in‐class services and communicate the company value proposition to the sales team and clients.
- Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvements to processes and solutions.Qualifications- Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, or voice firewalls.
- University degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, CAMEL, and CAMARA protocols.
