What you will do as a Prepress Technician

• Separate and colour correct files to Tempo standards to allow for the customer’s graphic to print at the highest quality
• Communicate with Print Technical Service Manager, Account Manager, and all pre-production personnel
• Load customer supplied electronic files for output onto the file server and examine files for completion and potential problems
• Identify any missing or problematic components to the CSR/ Print Technical Services Manager
• Pre‑flight and prepare customer supplied print‑ready files in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform quality control of digital files, output proof for approval processes, and check quality control on final output documents
• Report any issues to the Customer Service and Purchasing Manager or Production Supervisor ...
