SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Prepress Coordinator position receives digital files from customers and provides customer service to ensure that proofs and files are ready for print. Develops procedures and prepares artwork for production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

+ Works with the HP Indigo 20000/25000 press operator(s) on matters involving quality and scheduling.

+ Receives digital files from customers and provides customer service on whether or not those files are correct or if more information is needed
