Salary

We are offering a basic salary up to £36,440, dependent on skills and experience, plus an over-performance bonus opportunity.

We are also offering a sign-on bonus of £1,500 in month 1 and £1,500 in month 13.

The Role

As a Prep Technician, you will be responsible for preparing new and used vehicles for sale, ensuring they meet manufacturer and Vertu Motors standards before handover to our customers.

Your role is crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience built on trust, quality workmanship, and first-time fixes.
