Prep Technician

We are offering a basic salary between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40‑hour working week and Saturdays paid as overtime and includes an additional over‑performance bonus opportunity.

Your role as a Prep Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. You will be responsible for carrying out pre‑delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles, ensuring the PDIs are carried out to the highest possible standard and within manufacturer guidelines. You will need to work to agreed time frames, maintain a high level of productivity, and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
