Prep Team

**Prep Team Member – Main Responsibilities**

+ Set up and stock prep stations with all necessary ingredients, tools, and containers
+ Prepare chicken salad, sides, and ingredients according to company recipes and standards
+ Accurately portion, label, and date all prepped items
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized prep area at all times
+ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
+ Monitor product levels and prep ahead to support smooth service operations
+ Properly store and rotate ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out)
+ Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries
