PREP COOK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time PREP COOK positions. Location: Holyoke School District – 326 East Kellogg, Holyoke, CO 80734. Schedule: full time and part time shifts; days may vary, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Pay range: $15.16 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Prior food service experience preferred but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
