If so, we have the opportunity for you! Flour Bakery + Cafe is now hiring for a full-time Prep Cook position. The Prep position requires weekend availability and will report directly to Kitchen Manager and will also be given direction from other managers on duty.


Day-to-Day Performance Expectations:

  • Execute prep list as written by chef or lead prep.

  • Note the order in which tasks are to be completed.

  • Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently.

  • Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation.

  • Be another set of eyes on product/Mom test

  • Provide constructive feedback for the staff

  • Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures.
