Premix Formulation Expert - Systems & Portfolio (EMEA)

Help shape the future of premix creation across EMEA. In this cross-functional role, you will combine formulation expertise, digital system leadership and portfolio governance to support the implementation of JARVIS, dsm-firmenich’s new internal digital formulation and premix creation platform. You will help guide new and modified premixes from digital formulation through Technical Transfer and production readiness, connecting Formulation with Quality, Operations and Manufacturing.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Lead the EMEA adoption of JARVIS, our new internal digital formulation and premix creation platform, through training, user support, testing and continuous improvement.
+ Govern the EMEA premix portfolio, ensuring accurate product-selection, exclusivity and lifecycle data across formulation systems.
+ Coordinate formulation-related activities during Technical Transfer, supporting the successful handover of new and modified premixes into manufacturing.
