Job Description
Use excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about the customer’s financial needs. Establish trust, optimize sales opportunities, generate leads, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide quality customer service.
Utilize strong understanding of sales and financial services to offer creative solutions, viable financial alternatives, and tailored product and service recommendations based on customers’ current and future needs.
Identify lending opportunities (both personal and business) with new and existing clients, including but not limited to Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial loans.
Drive fee-based revenue by cross-selling the bank’s products and services, such as Treasury Management Solutions. Maximize fee income through effective needs-based selling.
