We need an expert in computational biology to be hired as a Predoctoral Research Assistant to complete a large study aimed to identify potential new mediators of immune resistance in melanoma.

Criterios de evaluación

– Graduate in biological sciences.
– Minimum of 3 years expertise in the characterization of -omic technologies (RNAseq, scRNAseq and transrcriptomics), preferable in melanoma.
– Demonstrated hands-on-experience in the handling of large datasets for bulk and scRNAseq, as well as proteomic data.
– Experience in culture and transduction of melanocytic cells.
– Background in functional analyses of oncogenic features (tumor cell growth, invasion and metastasis).
– Proficiency in English is required.
