Predictive Analytics Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and build Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-based, BERT-based architectures
• Implement Deep Learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• At least 3- 5 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
