This tier 1 Developer is poised for substantial growth over the next several years and in preparation for this exciting and challenging phase, they are actively seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced Manager, Preconstruction to join our team.

Key Accountabilities

• Strategic Planning – Assist upper level management to set the strategy for the entire preconstruction process and be accountable for it determining and allocating the resource requirements to implement the preconstruction strategy of the business unit.


• Cost Analysis – Conduct detailed cost analysis for all aspects of a project, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs; utilize advanced estimating software and tools to develop precise cost estimates and budgets.
