A client of Insight Global in the retail & technology sector is seeking Pre-Construction Managers to support the programming and coordination of sustainable building designs for customer fulfillment and logistics building programs. We are seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager with a track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative environment & the ability to manage and maintain cross functional partnerships in an enterprise level organization. The role will involve working extensively with project stakeholders, business teams, and other internal/external partners to define, create, implement, and execute new projects through their lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will have experience at various stages of development including, but not limited to due diligence, conceptual design, estimating, contract management, people management, procurement, and permitting.
