Preconstruction Manager

LHH is partnering with a longstanding client located in Irving, TX that is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. This person will need to be 4 days on site in Irving and have experience in pre-construction from an industrial or commercial industry, ideally a general contractor or trade partner.

Job Details:

1. On site support of the estimates, bid process, negotiations, and all documentation within these areas of the project
2. Creating budgets from the design, communicating with clients on pricing and quality of the build, providing deliverables, working with trade partners on the projects, etc
3. Obtaining non-equipment contractors such as designers/architects, construction managers, commissioning agents, etc
4. Working with their development teams to find the people to execute the work
5. Manage RFPs from start to finish meaning the internal stakeholder needing a buyout of a service and then...
