The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified VDC Coordinator in our Des Moines, IA Office.

Job Summary:
Supports Preconstruction group and the technical service they provide within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Technical Support / Help Desk Operations: Provide front-line technical support for Preconstruction, VDC, and field teams. Manage and coordinate internal support requests related to content sharing, iPads, AL Mobile, collaboration platforms, and operational software. Troubleshoot issues directly when possible and escalate to appropriate internal resources or vendors as needed. Ensure timely communication and effective resolution of user support needs.
• Construction Technology Hardware & Asset Management: Manage construction technology assets including Trimble hardware, tablets, and related field technology equipment. Maintain inventory records, assignment tracking, equipment ...
