Precision Strike is expanding! Due to significant growth within our munitions business, we are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our precision-guided munitions programs, which are projected to experience substantial rate increases over the next seven-plus years. You will collaborate closely with the Aviation Weapons and Strategic Missiles NPI teams to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
**This position is a hybrid role on a first shift 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off!**
Key Responsibilities:
+ Production Transition: Develop manufacturing process flows and transition plans aligned with AS9145, focusing on risk identification and achieving DTUPC targets.
+ Technical Integration: Partner with engineering to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, testability, and reliability (DFM/DFT/DFR).
