Precision Pump Assembly Technician

Location: Alsip, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30pm-4:00pm OR 4 pm – 12:30 am. With training on 1st Shift.

Compensation Highlight: Starting Pay will be $22.85 per hour plus $1.35 per hour shift premium for second shift.

You’ll start your shift by reviewing build instructions and quality checkpoints, then move to hands-on assembly of pump components. Using calipers, micrometers, gages, and meters, you’ll verify close-tolerance fits (as tight as 0.002) and document results. You’ll set up and adjust test equipment to keep workflow efficient, and collaborate in quick “5 Whys” sessions to resolve production hiccups.
