PRE SCHOOL TEACHER

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• With background or training in Early Years or Early Childhood Development
• Experience teaching preschool, nursery or kindergarten learners is an advantage
• Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate learning strategies, and classroom management
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Skilled in planning and implementing play-based and structured learning activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic in working with young children
• Able to observe, assess, and document students' progress
• Responsible, organized, and professional in conduct
• Works well with co-teachers, teacher's aides, and administrators
• Willing to follow school policies and educational standards.
