Pre School Assistant

Little Chestnuts Pre-school at Woodmancote School is looking to appoint two outstanding Pre-school Assistants to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, energetic, friendly school that prides itself on inclusivity and reflective practice. The successful candidate will:

•Have a genuine love of working with young children

• Be an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record in pre-school

• Have experience working in EYFS

• Have a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification, or equivalent

• Have an understanding of the assessment and record keeping needs of an early years setting

• Be warm and approachable in order to work alongside families effectively to ensure children settle into education

• Make learning fun, challenging and inspiring

• Be proactive in addressing areas of weakness through CPD.
