Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution

+ Conduct client intake, gather case facts, and maintain regular client communication

+ Request and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation

+ Coordinate treatment updates and monitor client progress

+ Draft demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations

+ Communicate with insurance adjusters and third-party vendors
