What You’ll Own

• Pre‑construction leadership — Oversee all passive fire pre‑construction processes, ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and prepared to the highest standard.
• Estimating support — Work closely with our estimating team to develop accurate, competitive, and compliant cost proposals.
• Client documentation — Produce, review, and manage all pre‑construction paperwork, including technical submissions, RAMS, schedules, and tender packs.
