4 Month Contract With A local Authority Job Purpose The Practice Supervisor (G11) provides professional leadership, supervision, and support to a team of qualified social workers within Children's Safeguarding. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, child-centred safeguarding services that promote positive outcomes for children and families. The postholder is responsible for overseeing complex casework, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, driving excellent social work practice, and supporting the development and performance of staff.
