B6 Theatre Practice Educator – Full Time

A full‑time position based on the Royal site, with rotation to BGH Theatres to cover their educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the provision of high quality multi‑professional learning environments within the Theatre Department and work locally to create inter‑professional learning opportunities.
• Support the breadth of the student experience, including cross‑boundary collaborations.
• Support all members of staff within the Theatres Directorate and fully support the Preceptorship Programme.
• Facilitate the development and ensure sufficient provision of mentors/practice supervisors across relevant service areas; provide supervision and support structures, and build education‑in‑practice capability, consistency and efficiency.
