Practice Director - Data Platforms

This is an opportunity for a Practice Director to build and scale a new Data Platform practice at a specialist technology consultancy, focused on modern, high-performance technologies such as Redis, Databricks, and ClickHouse .

This is a builder role suited to a commercially minded leader who combines deep technical credibility with services sales and delivery expertise . The successful candidate will define the go-to-market strategy, develop partnerships, win and deliver client engagements, and grow a high-performing consulting team.

Practice Build & Strategy

• Define the vision, positioning, and GTM strategy for the new Data Platform practice
• Identify target industries, use cases (real-time analytics, streaming, AI pipelines, etc.) and priority offerings
• Build relationships with technology vendors and ecosystem partners
