As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in business development, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing project tasks while fostering the growth of junior staff. This position offers substantial autonomy to lead, innovate, and grow your practice.

**Responsibilities**

+ Spearheading business development efforts to expand our Surface Water practice.
+ Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with key clients.
+ Leading the execution of project tasks including AutoCAD, GIS, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater planning, storm drain, and BMP design.
