Position Overview
 :This is a 12-month fixed-term employee contract. This position will report to the Sr Manager, People Programs Delivery and will be 100% remote in Canada.
As a global People Programs Manager, you will lead the delivery, optimization, and adoption of global People/HR programs and practices. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are scalable, operationally ready, and deliver a world-class employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, global environments and enjoys turning change into clarity, consistency, and measurable impact.
