PPI Technician

The Product Industrialization Technician is responsible for supporting activities related to new product launches and engineering changes, providing technical support to ensure successful implementation of new processes and equipment. This role focuses on the development of first samples, validation of machines and processes, and supporting production readiness for new products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Collaborate in the design, development, and validation of new processes, tools, fixtures, and poka-yokes
• Follow up on the manufacturing of fittings for new models
• Support the definition of component requirements for new product development
• Collaborate in PRC development, confirming process-related items
• Perform tests to improve processes and reduce waste and rework
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in new projects...
