We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in HR to join our People and Performance team at Mico. You will report to the P&P Manager and support the National Business Partner. The HR side of the role will be about 70% of what you do with the additional 30% focused on EHS systems and reporting requirements. This role will provide plenty of diversity and opportunity for you to learn and develop along the way. Duties will include but not be limited to:•Creating and sending documents (such an employment contracts), ensuring consistency with policy & legislation•Taking ownership of our HR systems in relation to our people data which starts when people join us and follows their tenure through to when they decide to leave. •Understanding our primary EHS system and being able to work with our EHS Manager to pull reports and ensure the systems are being used as intended. •Supporting (and learning!) about annual HR i...
