About the Programme

Power2Her is HSBC India Bank’s first-ever formal returnship programme that enables promising women professionals to return to work after a career break. Launched in 2021, it is a key initiative to augment the potential of women colleagues looking to restart their career. It is also an opportunity to attract great talent and strengthen future leadership pipeline. This is a structured 6-month journey to build the mindset and skills to integrate back into work.
