Job Description
Onsemi in Carmona, Cavite seeks an experienced Package Development Engineer focused on power modules (transfer molded, gel-filled) with leadership in End of Line processes. The role involves DFMEA/PFMEA linkage, QC reporting, and collaboration with technical leaders to define process roadmaps and tooling strategies.
The candidate should have 5+ years in package development, proficiency with JMP/Minitab, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and a degree in engineering. Prior DSC experience is a plus.
