Job Description
This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving failures in power-side electronic products and PCBs throughout the production and supply chain lifecycle. You will investigate issues across design, manufacturing, and assembly, perform detailed testing and analysis on boards, and implement corrective actions such as redesigns and circuit rework to improve product reliability and reduce fallout in the field.
Responsibilities

+ Investigate failures and fallouts in power electronics PCBs and assembled units to determine whether issues stem from design, manufacturing, or assembly processes.

+ Perform detailed board-level testing, evaluation, and analysis of power-side electronic products and PCBs.

+ Conduct thorough root cause analysis and root cause investigations (RCA) to identify underlying technical and process-related problems.
