Robert Half Technology are assisting a growing UK real estate organisation to recruit a Power BI Developer on a contract basis. 6-12 month contract with an ASAP start. Hybrid working - London based.
Role
The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making across property, finance, operations, and asset management teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Develop and optimise ETL processes using SQL and Power Query to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
Build and maintain data models within Power BI to support self-service analytics and reporting capabilities.
Integrate data from multiple sources including property management systems, finance platforms, CRM systems, and operational databases.
