Postdoctoral Research Fellow (Climate Finance), Volatility Institute at NYU Shanghai

NYU Shanghai (https://shanghai.nyu.edu/academics/faculty) is seeking a two-year Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join the Volatility Institute at NYU Shanghai (https://vins.shanghai.nyu.edu/) (VINS). The candidate is expected to join VINS starting from Spring 2026, and the position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. The appointment start date for non-Chinese applicants is subject to immigration regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Climate Finance, and a particular interest in the research related to the China market. The position offers opportunities to work alongside top-tier scholars, including Nobel Laureates, and have access to valuable and unique databases provided by VINS through its close collaborations with top financial institutions and data providers in China.
