Postdoctoral Fellow (Mitacs-Funded) – AI in Emergency Radiology

Vancouver Imaging is seeking a Mitacs-funded Postdoctoral Fellow to lead applied research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and emergency radiology, in collaboration with Vancouver General Hospital, a high-volume Level 1 trauma center serving over 900,000 patients annually. This position is embedded within a large-scale research initiative aimed at improving diagnostic efficiency and patient outcomes through AI-enabled imaging workflows. The successful candidate will focus on early phases of a multi-stage project involving the creation of a disease-specific CT imaging database and the development of infrastructure to support secure data handling and AI model validation.
